- Introducing CompuCorp's new support system
In an effort to increase our clients' support experience, we have put into place a new support system. Many technical support issues are able to be resolved remotely from our offices here at CompuCorp. By following a few steps on the support page of our website, a remote service technician can log in to your system to view and address problems immediately. The procedure saves your company time by providing you an immediate response (in most cases) to your computer problems. In addition, the remote support connection fee is less than an onsite trip charge and the billable hours for remote support service are generally less than for onsite service due to increased efficiency.
Our remote support team is easy to get connected to! Just email us at support@compucorp.net or call our office at 614-792-2667 and ask for support and we'll respond as quickly as we can – usually immediately. If the remote support technician determines that an onsite repair is needed, we'll schedule that support right on the spot - and all of the prep work is already done for the onsite technician saving you time and money.
